Job summary

TrainMore in London is seeking a friendly Host to welcome members, deliver excellent service and help build a lively club community. As the first face of the club, you’ll set the tone on the floor and ensure every guest feels valued.

We’re looking for proactive, communicative team players who care about guests, keep spaces tidy, and can work across 16+ hours per week for a year. Benefits include 25 days holiday, a pension, and OpenUp access for you and your family.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality or customer service is desirable.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Ability to build a welcoming club atmosphere and community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to members and prospects, and give great club tours based on their needs.
• Keep member areas, the gym floor and vending machines clean, stocked and running smoothly.
• Spot and report maintenance issues or safety risks, and follow correct procedures to resolve them.
• Keep member records accurate, and safely open and close the club to checklist.
• Support marketing campaigns and member admin (service calls, payment and debt support).
• Take on extra tasks within your skillset as the business needs.

As a Host at TrainMore, you're the first face of the club - welcoming members, delivering excellent service and building community are in your hands. Ready for that?

You:

• Can commit to at least 16 hours per week for a minimum of a year, with flexibility across weekdays, evenings and weekends.

What you'll do:

Good to have:

• A background in commercial economics, sports education, hospitality or similar.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple things at once.
• Flexibility to work across more than one club when needed.
