Job description

Salary: £29,000 per annum with a £500 earnable bonus based on club targets each month.

For 15 years, TrainMore has been the gym people in the Netherlands actually choose to go to. With over 50 clubs across Holland, we've spent a decade and a half getting this right — and we're not shy about what makes us different.

We've built a gym culture where showing up feels good, every time. Where the energy on the floor does half the work, and the people around you do the rest. UK, we've been looking at you for a while. We think you're ready for more.

Your future

You are our brand; you are the Urban Gym Group. Your most important task is to make TrainMore the best place for our members, customers and employees. You radiate energy in the club; you are always open for a chat and ensure that the atmosphere is positive and welcoming.

As a Hospitality Manager, you are responsible, together with your Host team, for welcoming visitors warmly and creating a warm and friendly atmosphere to make our gym go‑ers comfortable. To ensure seamless service, you process all guest requests via different outlets, but primarily in-person. You are on top of our customer satisfaction.

You support the Club Manager in their daily work. This means that you are concerned with sales, quality, service, hygiene, and personnel. Most importantly, you will manage and coach the team of hosts on hospitality skills. You lift the team to a higher level through your dedication and enthusiasm.

On a daily basis, you will be busy with the following tasks:
  • Greet our visitors with a genuine smile and warm welcome;
  • Coach the Host team on hospitality;
  • Ensuring that our customer satisfaction remains high;
  • Supporting the Club Manager in the daily operations;
  • Jointly responsible for handling questions and providing service to our members;
  • Proactively sharing information about the services of Urban Gym Group (personal training, classes etc);
  • Responsible for the appearance of the club (hygiene, safety, maintenance, working conditions, etc.);
  • Co-responsible for all personnel-related tasks;
  • Responsible for several administrative tasks;
  • Building a community within your team;
  • Making everyone feel welcome and safe inside TrainMore.
You
  • Live in London
  • Are service-oriented;
  • Are a born leader;
  • Care about our customers;
  • Are helpful;
  • Are a real team player;
  • Are fit, energetic, social and positive;

  • Are inspiring;
  • Dare to speak up;
  • Are the best version of yourself;
  • Feel at home in the gym;
  • Live and breathe our brand.
  • Eligible to work in The UK (Work and Residence Permit).
We offer
  • A possible development pathway from Hospitality Manager to Club Manager.
  • Unlimited access to OpenUp, our mental health and well‑being partner, for you and your family.
  • Unlimited access to all our clubs — for you and a +1.
