Job summary

Green & Fortune Ltd. in London is seeking a Host for our Open Day to warmly welcome guests from arrival to departure. You will be the first contact, manage the reception area, and help coordinate bookings and seating for a seamless guest experience.

As part of our hospitality team, you’ll collaborate with floor, bar and kitchen colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy shifts. Prior experience in quality-led venues is preferred; UK-based applicants encouraged to apply.

Host - Open Day

Join us for our London Museum Open Day!

Apply for our Host role and, if shortlisted, you’ll be invited to our Open Day at our Head Office on 30 October.

We're looking for a Host to join the hospitality team at London Museum, opening on 28 November in historic Smithfield. Bringing together thousands of years of London's history, the museum will offer world-class exhibitions, vibrant bars and all-day dining, creating new destinations for Londoners and visitors alike.

What makes you the Host?

Create a warm and personal welcome for every guest, from arrival to departure.

• Be the first point of contact, greeting guests and managing the reception area.
• Manage reservations and guest flow, coordinating bookings, seating and guest enquiries.
• Work closely with the team, communicating with floor, bar and kitchen colleagues to ensure smooth service.

What you'll bring as Host?

Previous experience in a quality-led restaurant or bar is required, with knowledge of service standards and reservation systems. You'll be warm, organised and confident engaging with guests, even during busy services.

We encourage a one-team approach and a willingness to get stuck in across the restaurant and bar, from welcoming guests to supporting the floor team.
