The Hoxton, Shoreditch – our first hotel – is located in a former car park and has become a key part of the East London scene. With 210 bedrooms, the Apartment, and two in-house restaurants – Hoxton Grill and Llama Inn.

Llama Inn offers a modern approach to Peruvian cuisine, featuring ceviche, small plates, sharing dishes, natural wines, and cocktails at our rooftop restaurant in Shoreditch.

Job Description

What you'll do...

• Provide a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests, from a warm Hoxton greeting to assisting with questions and requests.
• Take reservations, handle payments, and support the team on the floor as needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer solutions to exceed expectations.
