Arcade Covent Garden is seeking an exceptional Bar Manager to lead the Covent Garden team, building the bar from the ground up and shaping an influential drinks program. You’ll recruit, train, and develop a skilled team while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Join a major London opening, drive commercial success, oversee inventory and costs, and ensure strict adherence to licensing and health & safety standards.

• Play a key role in launching our new venue, setting standards and building the bar from the ground up.
• Manage day-to-day bar operations, maintain exceptional guest experiences, and ensure seamless service.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of a new team, while developing talent and driving morale.
• Stay on top of mixology trends and lead an evolving, competitive beverage program.
• Take ownership of inventory, budgets, cost control and revenue performance reporting.
• Maintain legal, licensing and health & safety standards — no exceptions.

We’re looking for an exceptional Bar Manager to join and lead our Arcade Covent Garden team. This is an opportunity to lead a successful and skilled team of Bartenders, shape the drinks offering, and make your mark on one of London's most exciting hospitality venues. As a successful Bar Manager in this role you will:
