Shift Patterns: 4 days - Hours Between 8-7pm to include weekends on rota.

We’re looking for a friendly Host to deliver an excellent dining experience, from setting up for service to welcoming residents into our restaurant.

You will receive a thorough induction, ongoing training, development opportunities including apprenticeships, and access to our online portal with resources for personal development and free LinkedIn Learning access.

Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up tables in the restaurant and café
• Serving in the restaurant and café at mealtimes
• Preparing trays and providing room service for residents who prefer to dine in their rooms
• Serving drinks at the bar (applicants over 18 only)
• Ensuring the restaurant and café are tidy and meet high standards
• Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area
• Supporting other areas as needed, such as serving meals or delivering refreshments around the village

Key Skills / Qualifications:

You care for others and want to make a difference. Previous customer service experience is preferred; catering or kitchen experience is a plus but not essential, as training is provided. You are a great communicator, enjoy teamwork, and are committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
