• Create welcoming environment and engage occupants and guests.
• Coordinate meeting and event logistics (AV, catering, signage).
• Assist Workplace Services Manager and Assistant Manager for events and service delivery.
• Manage access control, visitor check-in, and security coordination.
• Submit and track work orders and support invoice processing.
