Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly, accurate service.
• Handle transactions and assist customers with inquiries.
• Refer complex questions to a Manager when needed.
• Maintain health and safety standards in food prep and storage.
• Perform temperature checks and record results per company process.
• Complete daily cleaning and contribute to weekly schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow shift directions and meet restaurant performance standards.
• Be aware of restaurant goals and help achieve them.
• Restock workstations and keep areas organized.
• Report near misses, injuries or illnesses promptly.
• Follow PPE instructions when required.
