Tim Hortons is expanding across the UK and seeks Restaurant Team Members to join on a permanent basis. You will provide exceptional guest experiences, from greeting guests to serving fresh bakery items and coffee with a positive energy in a fast-paced environment.

You will be a friendly team player with strong communication skills, ready to work a range of hours including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Competitive hourly pay aligned to minimum wage with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times.
• Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all customers.
• Resolve simple customer enquiries and refer difficult ones to a Manager.
• Ensure food is prepared and stored according to Health & Safety standards.
• Carry out temperature checks and record as per company process.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per cleaning chart.
• Follow standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Adhere to restaurant performance standards and shift directions.
