• Ensure food preparation and storage meet health, safety, and audit standards.
• Carry out routine temperature checks and document results.
• Participate in daily and weekly cleaning tasks as scheduled.
• Adhere to standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Support crew stations and follow shift manager directions.
• Contribute to achieving restaurant goals and targets.
• Keep work and kitchen areas clean and well stocked.
• Report near misses, injuries and illnesses promptly.
• Follow PPE protocols and other safety instructions.
