Job summary

Zizzi Restaurants in Windsor is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor or Shift Leader to lead during peak times and run the restaurant when needed. You will oversee bar, food pass, hosting, and guest experience with a focus on standards and safety.

You should be a confident communicator, capable of coaching the Front of House team, delivering feel-good hospitality, and resolving guest issues on the floor. Flexible hours, progression routes, and employee benefits come with the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or leisure environment with leadership responsibilities.
• Confident, hands-on communicator with energy and lead-by-example attitude.
• Structured thinker capable of organising a floor section and adapting quickly.
• Reliable and able to guide the team during peak times, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run the restaurant during quieter periods, ensuring smooth and safe operations.
• Lead from the front during peak rushes with full ownership of the Pass, Bar, or Floor.
• Step in to resolve guest issues on the floor with a feel-good solution.
• Motivate and coach the Front of House team to deliver standout hospitality.
• Care about dish presentation and restaurant standards for standout occasions.
• Keep restaurants safe, clean, and welcoming for team and guests.
