Job summary

Warner Hotels is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support eight hotels by attracting, sourcing and recruiting top talent. You will collaborate with hotel-based hiring managers to understand needs and implement effective recruitment strategies, taking ownership of the candidate experience and the overall professionalism of the service.

You’ll be involved in candidate attraction, recruitment planning, sourcing and screening, and managing the candidate journey through to offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment roles with a strong candidate pipeline.
• Experience using an ATS such as ElementsSuite.

Responsibilities

• Attract, source and recruit top talent for hotel roles.
• Collaborate with hotel hiring managers to plan recruitment strategies.
