Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support eight hotels across the UK. This permanent, hybrid role is based at Hemel Hempstead offices three days a week and covers attracting, sourcing and recruiting top talent for a range of roles.

You will partner with hotel hiring managers to shape effective recruitment strategies, oversee the candidate experience through offer, and track activity to deliver cost-efficient hires. Experience with ElementsSuite ATS is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for diverse hotel/operational roles is preferred.
• Ability to design effective recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
• Proven track record managing the candidate experience end-to-end.

The UK’s leading provider of adult short break experiences, Warner Hotels is a collection of unique properties in great locations across the UK. Key to this is having a great team in place, and our Talent Acquisition team is growing to help support this for our hotels. We're recruiting a Talent Acquisition Advisor to directly support our hotels in attracting, sourcing and recruiting top talent. This is a permanent, hybrid role paying up to £32,000

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll work with your hotel based hiring managers to understand their specific needs and support effective recruitment strategies to fill vacancies efficiently and cost-effectively. The TA Advisor will be accountable for Management and Salaried recruitment in our hotels and support on colleague recruitment as needed, taking take ownership for both the candidate experience and professionalism of the recruitment service for the 8 hotels you will support.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll be involved in Candidate Attraction and Recruitment Planning, Sourcing and Screening, managing the candidate experience through to offer and making sure you track your work effectively. Key to all of this will be the relationships you'll need to develop with our hiring managers through the support and guidance you can offer. As a business we're redefining the Talent Acquisition process, so there are some interesting projects to support as well.

Ideally, you'll be in a recruitment role now with experience of using a variety of tools and methods to keep a strong pipeline of candidates. You'll be happy working on a range of operational roles from Kitchen Porters to Head of Departments and recognise that you may need to try a number of different options to find our perfect candidates. If you have experience in using ElementsSuite as an ATS that would be a bonus.

This role is based at our offices in Hemel Hempstead 3 days a week.
