Job summary

Thomas Franks is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor for term-time related patterns at Ashtead Park, Surrey. The role is full-time, 30 hours per week, with a salary of 14.65 per hour and options for term-time only or extended hours.

You'll oversee the catering operation, maintain food standards and hygiene, and support a fast-paced team delivering meals to pupils and staff across multiple outlets. Barista duties and customer service are part of the remit.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fast-paced catering environment as a hospitality assistant or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hospitality operation.
• Ensure food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensure all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.

Hospitality Supervisor- School Term Only

Contract: Full Time , Permanent
Salary: 14.65
Hours: 30 per week

A day and boarding co-educational school for pupils from year 3 to 6th form in Ashtead Park, Surrey. Catering for 950 students and teachers daily. We offer a core feeding of Breakfast, lunch, supper, tuckshop twice daily, 6th form café, internal and external hospitality. This is a mix of term time only, term time plus 4 weeks and 52 week depending on role and operates 7 days a week. Additional benefit to this location is free parking on site.

We are looking for a hospitality supervisor to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Ashtead Park.

You will ideally have previous experience of working within a fast-paced catering environment as a hospitality assistant or supervisor.

You will enjoy what you do, working with a great team, for a company fanatical about food serving wonderful customers.

Key responsibilities:

• To oversee the hospitality operation
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
• To support the team with serving customers, replenishing stocks, making hot drinks, clearing down (Barista skills essential).

You will have the following skills:

• Hospitality experience required
• An all-round team player
• Organised with attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
• Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
