Thomas Franks Ltd. is seeking a creative and effective Sous Chef for our Ascot location. The role handles daily food preparation, service and maintaining high hygiene standards during a 40-hour week across term-time plus 39 weeks plus 6 weeks over the summer.
This is a 7-day operation with a 5-out-of-7 working pattern and includes benefits such as free parking on site and occasional staff meals. You will work within a school catering environment serving breakfast, lunch, supper and snacks.
An independent boarding and day school for girls aged 11-18 in Ascot, Berkshire. Catering for 300 students and teachers daily. We offer a core feeding of breakfast, lunch supper, AM snack and afternoon snack. There is a considerable amount of hospitality at this location through the year. This is a term-time plus contract working 39 weeks plus 6 weeks over the summer. This is a 7-day operation so working pattern will be 5 days out of 7. Additional benefit to this location is free parking on site.
