Job summary

Capital City College Group is seeking a highly organised placement professional to coordinate the full journey from learner preparation to destination outcomes within the Hospitality and Culinary Arts pathway. You will liaise with employers, arrange site visits, and ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready.

The role combines remote coordination with London-wide employer meetings and visits, supporting London Talent Pathways and SWAPs while safeguarding learner welfare and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating work placements, internships or employability activity from start to finish.
• Understanding of hospitality industry and its operational demands.
• Experience engaging with employers and coordinating site visits or meetings.
• Knowledge of placement health and safety, safeguarding, data protection requirements.
• Strong organisation and independent work ability when remote or travelling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full placement journey from learner prep to outcomes.
• Match learners to placement hosts and assess employer suitability.
• Complete placement documentation and maintain audit-ready evidence.
• Monitor learner progress and destinations, recording results accurately.
• Arrange employer meetings and conduct employer-site visits across London.
• Maintain regular contact with learners, employers and curriculum teams.
