Capital City College is seeking a Work Placement Officer to coordinate safe, meaningful industry placements for Hospitality and Culinary Arts learners in London. The role combines remote coordination with regular employer meetings and site visits across the city, supporting progression and compliance.

You will manage the placement journey, assess employer suitability, complete documentation, monitor progress and record outcomes.

Formación

• Experience coordinating work placements, internships or vocational learning from preparation through to completion.
• Experience in Hospitality or clear understanding of the industry and its demands.
• Experience working with hospitality employers and learners, including arranging meetings and workplace visits.
• Knowledge of placement health and safety, risk assessment and safeguarding requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the full placement journey from learner preparation to outcomes.
• Arrange employer meetings, site visits and enable safe, compliant placements.
• Maintain accurate records and audit-ready evidence of placements and destinations.
• Support partnership programmes such as London Talent Pathways and SWAPs.
