Hiddenwell is reopening Ardencote Manor in Moreton-in-Marsh, England, seeking a proactive People Advisor to support managers and deliver a consistent People service across Ardencote Manor and Central Support. You will work closely with the People Lead, handle recruitment, onboarding, performance, engagement and development, combining practical HR knowledge with a hands-on approach.

This role offers hybrid working between site and Moreton-in-Marsh central team.

Qualificações

• This role requires a generalist HR background with a practical, people-focused approach.
• Experience advising managers on day-to-day people matters and employee relations.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, engagement and development.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and people management practices.
• Experience using HR systems and maintaining accurate records.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical HR advice across day-to-day people matters, including performance, absence and employee relations.
• Support managers with recruitment, onboarding, development and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with training, performance reviews and talent development.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure processes are compliant.
• Support reporting, absence monitoring and organisational changes; seek process improvements.
