Hiddenwell seeks a proactive People Advisor to support teams at Ardencote and our Central Services. You’ll handle employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and development, partnering with the People Lead to deliver a consistent employee experience across locations.

You’ll build relationships, advise managers, and manage sensitive information with discretion while helping to implement people initiatives and improve engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a People/HR advisory or generalist role.
• Strong understanding of employee relations and employment law.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills, friendly and approachable.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across Ardencote and Central Services.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance and development.
• Proficiency with IT and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on People support to managers and employees.
• Advise on People policies, absence and performance.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities from recruitment to leavers.
• Support performance reviews and learning & development.
• Help implement engagement initiatives and communicate policies.
• Maintain accurate People records and respond to payroll queries.
