Hiddenwell is seeking a proactive People Advisor to support Ardencote and our Central Support teams. You’ll work with managers and employees, offering practical guidance on People policies, attendance, and performance while upholding our values and culture.

You’ll manage lifecycle activities from recruitment to departures, partner with Learning & Development, and help deliver wider People initiatives across sites. A CIPD path is welcomed, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience handling employee relations issues and advising managers.
• Strong relationship-building and communication with staff at all levels.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment law and performance processes.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on People support at Ardencote and across the business.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle changes.
• Support performance reviews, training and development initiatives.
• Contribute to employee engagement and culture initiatives.
