Job summary

Audley Villages in Maidstone is seeking an Hospitality and Restaurant Manager (Operations Manager) to lead the village team and ensure top-tier service for Owners and External Customers. You will act as host and operator, build relationships, manage procedures, deputise for the General Manager, and drive events and commercial opportunities across our hotels, bistros, bars, and leisure facilities.

Ideal candidate has 4* hospitality management experience, strong people skills, and a flexible

Qualifications

• Food, beverage and leisure club management experience in a 4* or higher hospitality environment is essential.
• Ability to handle employee relations issues professionally and legally.
• Experience managing rota, recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Experience managing Profit & Loss, procurement and invoicing processes.
• Project management experience, especially for events.
• Hands-on and flexible approach to cover a variety of tasks.
• Warm, professional and empathetic leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the village team to ensure the highest quality of service and experience for Audley Owners and external customers.
• Face of the village operation, acting as host and operator and building relationships.
• Maximise all business opportunities and ensure compliance with procedures and policies.
• Act as deputy for the General Manager in their absence.
• Oversee planning and execution of events and daily village operations.
