The Hospitality team is hiring a Senior Hospitality Manager.

The role
In this role, you will lead the delivery of exceptional luxury hospitality at La Maison, our premium VIP space at Bicester Village. You will shape a world-class beverage and events offering, build a high-performing team, and create the kind of personalised, effortless experiences that stay with our guests long after they leave.

Location: Bicester Village (On-site)

To be considered for this position, candidates will need to have significant experience in curating premium beverage menus and managing premium bar services and teams

What you'll be doing
