Ashford International Hotel & Spa, part of The QHotels Collection, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the hotel’s daily operations across multiple departments. You will collaborate with department heads to ensure exceptional guest experiences and drive service standards throughout the property.

The role requires proven management experience in a hotel setting, with a track record of building strong teams and delivering guest-focused results.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Manager—either a General Manager in a smaller property or an F&B Operations Manager seeking progression.
• Proven ability to lead across multiple departments and drive guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across departments (F&B, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, front of house).
• Engage with Heads of Departments to ensure guest experience is at the forefront and service levels are high.
• Lead, empower and inspire teams to deliver consistent, high-quality hospitality.
