Mint People invites enthusiastic Food Runners to join its hospitality team across Manchester and the Northwest, delivering high-end service in premium suites, restaurants, and VIP areas at stadiums and events.

You’ll work on fast-paced matchdays and concerts, with weekly pay and flexible shifts. The role offers opportunities to progress into supervisory and management positions while maintaining a guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and event days.

Responsibilities

• Delivering food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests in hospitality suites, restaurants, and VIP areas.
• Ensuring all dishes are presented correctly and match service standards before leaving the kitchen.
• Supporting waiting staff during busy service periods to ensure efficient operations.
• Clearing tables and assisting with resetting dining areas throughout service.
• Assisting with the setup and preparation of hospitality areas before guests arrive.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all service areas.
• Working closely with chefs, kitchen teams, and front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Providing friendly, professional service and assisting guests when required.

Your Role

As a Hospitality Food Runner, you'll play an important part in ensuring guests receive a seamless dining experience by supporting the front-of-house and kitchen teams.
