Job summary

• Deliver exceptional five-star customer service and create memorable experiences for guests, clients, and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are understood and exceeded.
• Manage event logistics, resources, stock, and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Lead, coach, and motivate hospitality teams, promoting excellent service standards and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, safeguarding, and operational procedures at all times.
  Strong hospitality and event management experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality events.
