Sodexo Group in Taunton is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of hospitality events at King's College Taunton and King's College Prep Taunton.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional service standards, and the ability to work across Saturdays and Monday-Friday with varied shifts. A focus on safety and stakeholder collaboration will be essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of hospitality events, conferences, functions, and match teas.
• Deliver five-star customer service and memorable experiences for guests and clients.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring requirements are understood and exceeded.
• Manage event logistics, resources, stock, and equipment for smooth operations.
• Lead, coach, and motivate hospitality teams to maintain service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, safeguarding, and procedures at all times.
