Are you looking for a career with an established restaurant that’s still growing? Our client is looking for a creative, and forward-thinking Hospitality Manager to join a fast-paced, global restaurant chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Encourage and motivate staff to reach daily goals, ensuring excellent guest and employee satisfaction.
  • Attract, hire, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team.
  • Coach staff to maintain high morale and lead the team towards achieving desired results.
  • Support and assist other team members, including Hostesses, Bartenders, Servers, and Cooks, when necessary.
  • Drive financial success through sales and profitability.
  • Focus on bringing in new business and maintaining excellent customer experiences.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards and maintain the restaurant’s operational excellence.
  • Submit daily reports and checklists consistently throughout each shift.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
