(AVC) is expanding in 2025, with brand-new venues opening across Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. We’re on the lookout for passionate and ambitious leaders ready to step up — whether you're a Duty Manager, Assistant Venue Manager, or already leading the floor.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee or support daily venue operations
  • Lead and develop front and back of house teams
  • Drive service excellence and help boost performance
  • Take on more responsibility as your skills grow
  • Progress into a Venue Manager role — based on performance and readiness

You may be eligible if you’re:

  • Aged 18–35
  • Eligible for an Australian Working Holiday Visa (WHV)
