Job summary

Matchtech is supporting a leading education and training provider in recruiting a Hospitality Learning Coach for a permanent role. You’ll coach learners in workplace settings, across front of house and back of house functions, including food & beverage, reception, housekeeping and food production, helping them meet apprenticeship standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in front of house and back of house hospitality operations.
• Relevant vocational experience in food & beverage, reception, housekeeping or hospitality supervision.
• Strong communication, organisation and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Coach learners in the workplace, developing knowledge, skills and behaviours.
• Support learners to meet apprenticeship standards across hospitality environments.
• Plan and deliver engaging sessions tailored to learning needs.
• Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain records.
• Build positive relationships with learners, employers and education teams.
• Help learners work toward targets while upholding high learner-support standards.
• Contribute to an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
