Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a Hospitality Learning Coach for a permanent role with a leading education and training provider. You will coach learners in their workplace, delivering training to develop hospitality knowledge, skills and behaviours across front of house and back of house environments.

The role focuses on helping learners meet apprenticeship standards, building strong relationships with learners, employers and internal teams, and planning engaging, tailored coaching sessions that fit

Qualifications

• Experience in front of house and back of house hospitality operations.
• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication, organisation and self-motivation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in high-demand environments and manage competing priorities.
• Understanding of workplace learning or an education environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coach learners in their workplace, supporting the development of hospitality knowledge, skills and behaviours.
• Work with learners across front of house and back of house environments, including food and beverage, reception, housekeeping and food production.
• Support learners to meet the requirements of their hospitality apprenticeship standard.
• Plan and deliver engaging training and coaching sessions tailored to individual learning needs
• Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records.
• Build positive relationships with learners, employers and internal education teams.
• Work effectively towards targets and deadlines while maintaining high standards of learner support.
• Contribute to an inclusive, supportive and progressive learning environment.
