Qualifications

• Confident with Excel and comfortable across computers and systems.
• Strong, proven track record of great service in hospitality.
• Passionate about people and training, with a desire for a career in L&D.

Responsibilities

• Run our LMS platform, manage training modules that staff enjoy.
• Produce weekly training reports and share with the team.
• Own the training calendar and keep it up to date.
