Job summary

Criterion Hospitality Ltd is seeking a (Junior) IT Technician to provide hands-on IT support across multiple hotel sites within the group. You will manage local IT infrastructure, resolve hardware and connectivity issues, and ensure systems run smoothly to support daily operations.

This role involves regular travel between sites in Greater London. A proactive, solution-focused mindset is essential, with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends if required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of IT support or technician experience.
• Proficient with Office 365 and Windows administration.
• Strong understanding of desktop hardware, basic networking, and Windows environments.
• Hands-on experience with printers, VoIP phones, POS systems, and CCTV equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Strong communication skills to support non-technical users.
• Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings or weekends if required.
• Hospitality experience is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site IT support across hotel properties for all IT-related issues.
• Onboard users, install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, phones, printers, kiosks, and POS systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networking, connectivity, CCTV, and guest services technology.
• Collaborate with the central IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide on-site support for hotel events or technical rollouts when required.
• Document issues, fixes, and changes made to local systems.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service with all staff and departments.
• Keep up to date with IT best practices and hospitality systems.
