Job summary

Cairn Group’s Treehouse Hotel London is seeking a reliable Goods-In Receiver to join the Finance team, reporting to the Unit Controller. You will check and record deliveries, ensure quality and match against purchase orders, while maintaining stock controls and collaborating with multiple hotel departments.

Ideal candidates have goods receiving or stock control experience, strong numerical and IT skills, and a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in goods receiving or stock control.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong numerical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check deliveries for accuracy, quality, quantity and condition.
• Record deliveries against purchase orders and maintain stock records.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues with suppliers.
• Maintain orderly receiving and storage areas.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
