Job summary

Whitbread’s Premier Inn in Glasgow (Bellshill) is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in, serve meals and help guests have a smooth stay. Shifts include evenings, weekends and busy periods.

The role is fixed term until 31/12/2026, 16 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour. Training is provided and you’ll join a team that keeps the hotel running smoothly.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly, helpful attitude.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner as needed.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy.
• Support teammates when busy to run the hotel smoothly.
