Hospitality Food Host

Location: Lanarkshire, G5 8DP

Hours of work: 40

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday between 7am & 9pm

Contract Type: Permanent

Hourly Rate: £13.36 - £13.36

Are you outgoing and friendly? Can confidently build rapport with customers and colleagues? As a Hospitality Food Host with ISS UK you will be an ambassador for both ISS and our clients.

The Role

• Create a positive food experience for guests and colleagues and provide amazing customer service at all times
• Be an exceptional spokesperson and engage with your guests queries about food offer
• Build your knowledge of your environment and promote the various destinations, food services and activities
• Take opportunities to foster relationships and build rapport with guests and colleagues
• Keep an eye out for any innovations or improvements we can make to the workplace, site experience and culture, and be ready to share your ideas
• Emanate a positive energy during service

• You have fantastic customer service skills and you’re ready to take it to the next level
• You have a social and welcoming personality and can engage with everyone professionally
• You’re a team player but can confidently work independently
