Matchtech is seeking an End Point Assessor specialising in Front of House and hotel operations. This permanent role suits an approachable Hospitality professional who will assess apprentices and their employers against apprenticeship standards and help develop the next generation of industry talent.

You will plan and conduct high-volume assessments across Front Office, Reception, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage and related hotel operations, with full training toward an assessor qualification.

Competenze

• Experience in Front Office, Reception, Housekeeping, or related hotel operations.
• Strong communication, organisation and record-keeping skills.
• Willingness to train toward an assessor qualification.

Mansioni

• Plan and conduct assessments for Hospitality apprentices.
• Assess learners' skills, knowledge and behaviours against apprenticeship standards.
• Provide guidance and support to apprentices and employers.
• Give constructive feedback to promote learner progress and achievement.
• Maintain accurate assessment records and documentation.
• Support a high volume of apprenticeship allocations across hotel and Front of House.
