The Opportunity Provider Ltd (TOP) is seeking an experienced Hospitality Trainer to inspire and guide apprentices across Hampshire and Berkshire. The role combines home-based planning with on-site visits, delivering hands-on training in essential hospitality skills.
You’ll travel within your area, develop tailored learning plans, and support learners through practical sessions at our Hospitality Academy, shaping the next generation of hospitality professionals.
Salary: From £29,000 + tax-free bonus | Location: Hybrid (covering the Hampshire/Berkshire) | Role: Hospitality Trainer

You’ll work Monday to Friday, with a mix of home flexibility and workplace visits, offering a better work-life balance.
A typical week will include at least 3 days of travel within your area to visit apprentices, with the rest of your time spent working from home.
