KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors. We are seeking an End Point Assessor (EPA) in Hospitality for both trainee and qualified candidates, with a home/field based role requiring travel across the UK.

The salary ranges from £28,200 to £31,300 depending on postcode and experience, with excellent holiday entitlement, mileage and pension. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverage/Front of House within a hotel setting is essential.
• Hands-on experience across hotel departments (Reception, Front Office, Housekeeping).
• IT literacy; training provided on company systems.

Responsibilities

• End Point Assessor for Hospitality Apprenticeship Standards, including EPA activities (face-to-face and online).
• Schedule EPA activities, mark, grade and run regular planning meetings with candidates and employers.
• Complete administration and data processing timely.
• Maintain knowledge of EPA, Apprenticeship Standards and CPD evidence.
• Participate in standardisation and training activities and assist Apprentices, Employers or Delivery Teams.
