Cairn Group Central Support in the UK is seeking a commercially focused Digital Marketing Manager. You will own website management, digital performance, and CRM activity to drive direct bookings, engagement and commercial growth across our hospitality portfolio.

You will manage WordPress content, SEO, UX, testing and conversion, create landing pages, analyze performance with KPIs, collaborate with agencies, and explore AI-driven tools to improve customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing leadership is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SEO and UX principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise website content using WordPress CMS with focus on SEO, UX, and conversion.
• Create engaging digital content and landing pages to boost direct bookings and guest engagement.
• Analyse performance with KPIs and convert insights into actions to improve ROI.
