Elite Leisure Collection is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive digital marketing across its portfolio, including hotels, estates, and events. You will own website content, user journeys, email campaigns and paid media while leading a small team and coordinating external agencies.

The role emphasizes hands-on copywriting, campaign delivery and performance improvement across hospitality and leisure brands, with a focus on customer experiences and revenue growth.

Formación

• Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns and managing competing deadlines.
• Practical experience with website content management systems, email platforms and digital customer journeys.
• Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Experience managing people, allocating work and giving clear, constructive feedback.
• Experience briefing and managing agencies or suppliers, with paid social and Google Ads knowledge to assess results.
• Ability to interpret campaign and website data and turn findings into improvements.
• Strong organisational, stakeholder management and budget tracking skills.
• Experience in hospitality, leisure, tourism, or multi-brand environments.

Responsabilidades

• Translate approved campaign briefs into delivery plans with clear actions, owners, deadlines and approvals.
• Own and maintain the marketing activity calendar across channels and partners.
• Write, edit and publish website and landing-page copy; direct external website support when needed.
• Test and optimise customer journeys across mobile and desktop; log issues and improvements.
• Brief external developers on fixes and improvements with clear deadlines and follow-ups.
• Plan and execute email campaigns; manage tests and performance reviews.
• Coordinate paid social and Google Ads with suppliers, ensuring clear objectives and budgets.
• Monitor spend against budgets and challenge underperformance with agencies.
• Oversee content quality and stakeholder management; balance competing priorities.
• Support CRM implementation and data-driven marketing initiatives.
