Job summary

Fintelligent Search Ltd in the North West is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to own multiple construction projects from planning through to handover, with responsibility for programme, budgets and client relationships.

You will lead planning, procurement and contractor coordination, ensure CDM compliance, and drive continuous improvement with site teams in a collaborative, quality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management and contractor control across multiple projects.
• Strong budget, programme, resource and risk management skills.
• Knowledge of CDM requirements and contract administration.

Salary + Car Allowance| Autonomy across multiple projects | North West

If you’re an experienced Contracts Manager looking for ownership of projects and the opportunity to influence how they’re delivered, this role offers responsibility across the full construction lifecycle, from planning and procurement through to completion and handover.

You’ll have the autonomy to coordinate multiple projects, manage commercial and operational performance, and build strong client relationships. You’ll also work closely with site and operational teams in a collaborative, established business where quality and effective project delivery matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of multiple construction projects, managing programme, budgets, resources, risks and delivery through to completion.

• Lead planning, procurement and contractor coordination while maintaining quality, health and safety and contractual standards.

• Manage client relationships, programme reporting, variations and commercial considerations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide leadership and support to site teams and Assistant Contracts Managers, driving consistent standards and continuous improvement.

About You

• Proven experience in construction management, contractor control and the delivery of construction projects.

• Strong experience managing budgets, programmes, resources and risk across construction projects.

• Good working knowledge of construction project lifecycles, contract administration and CDM requirements.
