Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple construction projects across Scotland. The role demands hands‑on leadership, on‑site presence, and a proven ability to deliver on time, to budget and to required quality standards.

You will build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams, manage programmes and budgets, and travel regularly to project sites. A fast‑paced environment and a proactive, organised approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering contracts on multi‑site construction projects.
• Strong track record coordinating clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and risk across complex programmes.

Responsibilities

• Managing contracts from pre‑construction through to completion and handover.
• Overseeing project programmes, budgets, resources and overall delivery.
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring expectations are consistently met.
• Monitoring health and safety, quality and commercial performance across projects.
• Identifying and resolving issues quickly to keep projects on track.
• Travelling regularly across Scotland to oversee projects and support successful delivery.
