A leading training provider in the UK is seeking an apprenticeship Learning Coach to inspire the next generation. In this role, you will coach learners at their workplace, helping them acquire necessary qualifications while developing your own skills. What will you be doing?
  • Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UKs best loved names within the industry.
  • Coaching learners on the knowledge skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.
  • Providing support, guidance and motivation that helps them to get career-building qualifications.
  • Keeping clear records of learner progress, goal setting and achievements through our bespoke learner platform (training provided).
What will you bring to the role?
  • NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality
  • Extensive, relevant vocational experience in back of house and food production at management level.
  • Ability to work in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and self motivation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
It would be great if you had
  • Experience of working in an hospitality outlet environment
  • Previous experience of delivering training in your sector
  • Minimum Level 3 Teaching Qualification
  • NVQ level 3 in professional cookery or hospitality supervision
  • BTEC level 3 hospitality management
  • Experience of operating within WBL/education environment
  • Experience of working with or alongside apprentices in your current or previous role
