Job summary

The Celtic Collection is seeking a Cleaner for ICC Wales in Newport. You will join the Cleaning team, ensuring all areas are clean, well maintained, and aligned with venue standards for public, front-of-house, and back-of-house spaces.

Training will be provided; prior cleaning experience is helpful. A friendly, team-focused environment supports guest experiences at one of the UK\'s leading event venues.

Qualifications

• Good command of English.
• Pride in work with excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable, positive and proactive.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned areas in line with ICC Wales standards.
• Ensure public, front-of-house and back-of-house areas are kept clean, tidy and well maintained.
• Maintain the cleanliness of lifts, corridors, event spaces and communal areas.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to Shift Leaders.
• Support the wider team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Complete related duties and special assignments as required.
