Thomas Franks Ltd in Sunderland is seeking a General Assistant to join a busy contract catering team. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends for functions and school events. The location offers free parking and a focus on high-quality hospitality.

You will support the team in serving customers, preparing service areas, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards while delivering excellent customer service in a vibrant dining environment.

Formación

• Experience in fast-paced catering environment.
• Able to work Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends for events.
• Good verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support the team with serving customers and replenishing stocks.
• Prepare service areas for daily business and set up for meals.
• Serve, clear, and clean food, beverages and equipment for events.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards and allergen controls.
• Restock consumables and manage wastage during service periods.
• Occasionally work evenings and weekends for functions and school events.
