In this role, you will ensure a positive customer experience at high-profile events, functions, and corporate meetings. You will provide efficient, high-standard hospitality service, setting up, serving, and clearing areas with attention to detail, discretion, and politeness.
You should be able to listen carefully, follow instructions, communicate confidently, and work in an organized manner, adhering to procedures and best practices. Liaising with customers to meet their needs is essential.
Preferred qualifications include Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates. No other formal qualifications are necessary; however, you will be expected to read our company manuals to understand our products and services.
