Job summary

The Retirement Villages Group is seeking a warm, friendly Hospitality Assistant to join our village food, beverage and hospitality team. You will deliver food, beverage and retail services to RVG standards, provide residents and visitors with a warm and professional welcome, and help maintain a clean, hygienic environment.

You will work as part of the village team to deliver high-quality service, handle enquiries courteously, and contribute ideas to improve menus and services while supporting

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing hospitality is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and people skills are important.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a village environment.
