Job summary

Searcys are looking for a Hospitality Assistant to join the team at the Pump Room in Bath. The role focuses on delivering service excellence to guests and clients at events, contributing to a storied Bath venue with a rich heritage.

As a Hospitality Assistant you will provide high-quality service, manage food and beverage requests, and support smooth event operations in a historic Georgian setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish all cutlery and glasses/crockery for the next event
• Prepare all hospitality food and beverage requests offered to customers/clients/guest in designated meeting spaces in a presentable manner
• To be able to work without supervision and take initiative over duties and tasks without being directed
• To serve our guests with a genuine and positive demeanour. All service should be efficient and of the highest quality
• To work on licensed bars serving alcoholic beverages
• To be able to use coffee machines
• Assist with deliveries as required
• Preparation of all hospitality requirements ensuring all items are available and if not reporting this to your line manager
• Ensuring that any linen hired, and equipment hired for an event is counted and packed away for collection after the event

Job Description

The Hospitality assistant will be supporting and monitoring and serving all food and drinks to customers/clients/guest and clearing throughout the event.

Job Type:

0h hours Contract

7 days operation

Salary:

£12.21 per hour plus Tronc.
