Job summary

Searcys are looking for an Events Waiter/Waitress to join our team at 116 Pall Mall, London. This full-time events role involves providing excellent customer service, taking orders, helping run events, and serving food and beverages to guests.

You will be the main point of contact during events, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and high service standards. Salary is £14.80 per hour plus service charge, with a range of benefits including pension, holidays, meals on shift, and staff discounts.

• Provide exceptional service to our guests
• To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services
• Take part in the setup of restaurant and events
• Nurture and develop new commis waiters
• Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings
• Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers
• Deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary
• Hands on and proactive approach
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Passion for food and beverage
• Strong organisational skills

AEvents Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, help running events, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience in events. They act as the main point of contact between the customer and the establishment, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high service standards during events.

116 Pall Mall is a stunning Georgian venue dating back to 1820 in the heart of London. Originally de-signed by John Nash, the architect behind Marble Arch and Brighton Pavilion. This venue benefits from traditional meeting rooms to glamourous chandelier filled ballrooms.
