Job summary

Lifetime Training is seeking an Apprenticeship Learning Coach to work with learners at their place of work, coaching them on knowledge, skills and behaviours to achieve apprenticeship standards. You will support employers and learners across hospitality businesses, helping them progress through tailored coaching and on-site guidance.

The role offers flexible working options, ongoing CPD, and a supportive group environment focused on developing both learners and staff within a leading UK training

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or equivalent.

What will you be doing?

Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UK's best loved names within the industry, coaching learners on the knowledge skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.

What will you bring to the role?

• NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality
• Extensive, relevant vocational experience in food & beverage, food production, reception, housekeeping or beverage service or team leader in a hotel environment.
• Ability to work in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
• Strong communication and self-motivation skills
• Ability to working autonomously

It would be great if you had:

• Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification
• NVQ level 3 in professional cookery or hospitality supervision
• BTEC level 3 hospitality management
• Experience of operating within WBL/education environment
